Once you’ve signed in, you can access your last 24 Statements, see your payment history, make online payments via credit card or your checking account and manage future payments. Credit and debit card payments will be subject to a convenience fee. Electronic payments using your routing and account number from a checking or savings account are free. Payments made via this website should be submitted at least 2 days before the due date to avoid late penalties.

If your payment is past due, paying online will not relinquish responsibility for any penalties, late fees or disconnect fees.

If you make a payment in error, please contact the office at (918) 486-5458. If a payment is returned for any reason, you will be charged a returned payment fee. Self-Pay credit card refunds will be processed within 7 days of service and is approved on a case by case basis.
