Once you’ve signed in, you can access your last 24 Statements, see your payment history, make online payments via credit card or your checking account and manage future payments. Payments made via this website should be submitted at least 2 days before the due date to avoid late penalties.
If you make a payment in error, please call (405) 282-0746. If a payment is returned for any reason, a returned payment fee will be added to your account. Self Pay credit card refunds will be processed within 7 days of service and are approved on a case by case basis.

If your payment is past due, paying online will not relinquish responsibility for any penalties, late fees or disconnect fees.
If your water has been locked off due to non-payment, you must pay a $100.00 reconnect fee plus your current balance to have your water turned back on.
